Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
UK Shipping Delivery estimates
Tracked - 24 hour (next working day) 2pm cut-off
Tracked - 48 hour (2 working days)

EU Shipping Delivery estimates
International Tracked - 5 to 7 working Days
Shipments sent to the European Union are inclusive of Import duties and VAT under €150.00 - As from 2026 - Romania and Italy have introduced a flat additional customs fee for orders under €150.00- Fees payable - Romania (RON25) and Italy (€2.00)
