Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
UK Shipping Delivery estimates
Tracked - 24 hour (next working day) 2pm cut-off
Tracked - 48 hour (2 working days)

EU Shipping Delivery estimates
International Tracked - 5 to 7 working Days
Starting the 1st of July 2026 - shipments under €150 will include VAT, Customs duties and handling fee's for the listed EU Countries. Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) ensures the recipient does not receive any surprise fee's or delivery delays.
EU Countries supported by the PDDP
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal ,
Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and The Republic of Ireland.
Additional destinations will be introduced as they become available.
EU Countries not supported by PDDP
Business-to-Consumer (B2C) shipments under €150 will face a temporary, fixed customs fee of €3 per type of item.
Shipments sent to the European Union are inclusive of VAT under €150.00
