Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

UK Shipping Delivery estimates

Tracked - 24 hour (next working day) 
Tracked - 48 hour (2 working days) 

We aim to meet our delivery times but during busy periods occasionally delays within the Royal Mail network deliveries may take a little longer. 

EU Shipping Delivery estimates

International Tracked - 5 to 7 working Days 

Shipments sent to the European Union are inclusive of VAT under €150.00 but exclude import duties were applicable, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are excluded, unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred.

Australia & New Zealand Delivery estimates
