Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
UK Shipping Delivery estimates
Tracked - 24 hour (next working day) 2pm cut-off
Tracked - 48 hour (2 working days)

EU Shipping Delivery estimates
International Tracked - 5 to 7 working Days
Starting July 1 2026, the EU is changing its e-commerce rules by removing the €150 duty-free limit on small imported packages. Instead, all Business-to-Consumer (B2C) shipments under €150 will face a temporary, fixed customs fee of €3 per type of item.
Shipments sent to the European Union are inclusive of VAT under €150.00
